Don t Forget Attachments Before Sending Out Email

Attachments Forget Reminder is an add on for the famous email program, Microsoft Office Outlook. The way the program works is very simple. Many people send emails everyday that includes important attachments, usually having to do with business and work. Though, often times, people forget to attach the file before they send the email. It is a bad habit that people type everything out in the email, and say they will attach the file last. But, what happens? People very often forget to attach the file(s) which they originally intended to. Now, there is no need to worry about this happening anymore.

Attachments Forget Reminder works on a simple structure. When you press “Send”, it will quickly scan the email. If it finds certain key words and phrases (such as “attachment”), but does not see a file attached, it will notify you. It will ask if you intended to attach a file before sending out the email. you will be able to attach the files you intended to, and Outlook will send your email after you have completed that. The program works with several email formats including Plain Text, HTML, and Rich Text Format (RTF).

With this program, some of the main features include:

Recognizes many, many keywords associated with attachments
Notifies users when there is a blank subject
Works with many email formats (HTML, RTF, Plain Text, etc...)
Ability to choose whether program works for one user, or all users
Ability to pay attention to only the new content in a reply or forward email message
Ability to skip files that are normally always attached, like vcards or other signature files
Ability to simply enable or disable the program
Very easy to install or uninstall the program, as it is a very small file

If there are keywords that you do not want to have, you can edit the list. You can remove keywords as you desire, and add keywords as well. Or, you can simply leave the keyword list as is. The creators did extensive research and are sure they have put all the best keywords in the list.

Attachments Forget Reminder is compatible with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 2008, Windows 7, and works on both Outlook 2007 and 2003.

When sending emails back and forth to a single person, it would be a hassle for the program to say “No Attachment Found” every time if there is a keyword as “Attachment” in the original message. The developers even thought of this. When you reply or forward an email, the original message text from the old email will be ignored. Attachments Forget Reminder will only pay attention to the new content in a reply or forward email message. This option, like everything else within the program, can be enabled or disabled with a few clicks of the mouse.

For these many reasons, Attachments Forget Reminder is undoubtedly a must have for avid Microsoft Outlook users, and frequent file senders.
